sourdough baguettes

Today:

1 1/2 cups starter
1/2 cup cool water
3 cups white flour

mix together, sprinkle with 1/2 Tablespoon salt. Leave for 15 minutes. Knead for ten minutes. Divide in two, let rest 15 minutes, shape into baguettes. Leave in pans to rise for 7? 8? hours.
